Throwback Sunday.. In close collaboration with one of our architects friends we realized this nice single family house in 2018. The 3 floors high building is organized around a central linear staircase that mediated between public and private spaces. Due to the building regulations we were only allowed to build one full floor so we decided to activate the roof floor and design a surrounding terrace with stunning views to the private rooms – in addition to that we used the existing topography to design additional fully functional spaces in the basement – including a sunken private terrace to the south.
