Throwback to one of the first successful competitions I worked on after founding SESA. in 2012. The concept for the library in Heidenheim derived from approach to design a continuous set of slabs of education and knowledge that are spatially connected through stairs and ramps. This spine of education is made visible to the outside by a transparent glass facade that guides visitors through the space.
We have been awarded as FINALISTS of this competition which at that time made us quite proud and helped us a lot to apply for upcoming projects ahead.
